Kaiser Permanente Member Service Representative interview questions

Extensive application and testing procedure leading up to group interviews. All impersonal and based on performance, as it should be.

I interviewed at their own clerical job fair. I had to wait in line to apply with me bringing my resume. When I got to the table, they looked at my resume and told me I was qualified for the member service rep. I waited about 20 minutes for the one on one interview, the recruiter just asked me easy general questions. The recruiter called about 2 weeks later and was offered the job pending health immunizations.
