Kaiser Permanente Service Assistant interview questions

I applied online and received a phone call about a month later regarding my interest for this position. I was then given a phone interview that felt nothing like an interview; the interviewer described the job requirements and whether I would would be able to perform the job requirements. A group interview followed with a total of 4 people in attendance; 3 were hired (including myself). During the interview, we performed a couple of group exercises that resembled answering questions in a "Jeopardy" type of way. Then, we were asked to interview another candidate and tell the interviewers (Managers and HR personnel) why they should be hired. I received a job offer less than a week later.
