Kiewit Corporation Engineer interview questions

Contacted by third party recruiting firm. The firm shared a resume with Kiewit team and they wanted to do a interview right away. Interviewed the following week in person. The interview seemed positive although I got the impression the hiring manager was not actually expecting to get the work they needed this position for. The questions they had for me stuck to my experience and capabilities, so that was a positive use of all of our time. When I asked about the company towards the end they did seem eager to sell the company and position and in no rush to end the interview. At the conclusion they said they did want to do a follow-up interview with me. Did not hear back from them. Weeks later I pinged the recruiter again and was given the generic "they decided to go a different direction" response.

Really smooth and helpful. Candidates were brought to main headquarters and they were staying there at a hotel overnight. Interview process was 3 parts and by phone and physical. Questions were simple and straightforward. There were no curve ball questions.
