If you are a student, make sure you go to the career fairs because they are more than likely to show up there. Standard questions as for any other interview unless you have specific construction/field experience which i didnt.

Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.

Very fast and very professional. Answered all my questions and asked good sound questions from me. Explained the expectations of the job & told me exactly how the hiring process would go
Easy casual conversation. They want to see that you're open to the lifestyle that comes with this type of role. Willing to relocate. And willing to work long hours. Good attitude
