Two person interview process in Colorado for the initial interview that is. I did not do well personally since I miss-named my interviewers in follow-up emails (take notes guys). The key thing they want to know is that you are comfortable with traveling ALOT, not just that but they want to see and know that you are comfortable with that. Then obviously there is the finance/accounting general knowledge and your passion for construction possibly.
About an hour long interview. Standard questions about experience, personality, how you would deal with certain situations etc. Not too many behavioral questions. Overall it was not a difficult interview.

How would you deal with tough situations from field operations staff?
Interview was through the phone and very easy. A total of 3 interviews before they hire. First is the recruiter. Next is the manger. And finally it’s the senior manger.
The interview process was very simple. First I applied for the job, then about a week later a got a notification saying that they wanted to do a 15 minute phone interview
