Interviewer ask a couple of simple questions. Then he describe the company environment and what kind of culture Kiewit preaches. He then follow up with some general questions that are stated at the bottom. He will then ask if you have any questions for him.

First interview was very simple. Just asked about past experience and what work I did, as well as what work I am looking or willing to do. It seemed like they were mainly looking for a culture fit.

3 step hiring process. 1st with a hiring manager, then a 30min teams call with CM, PM etc. and last part they will ask you to come for an in person interview, interviewed twice.
