The interview process was extremely smooth. It consisted of two interviews, one over the phone and one in person. The questions were very straightforward and nothing too technical. Compared to other companies Kiewit a interview process was one of the best.

well in my interview my experience with Kiewit was professional, welcoming, and informative. The conversations helped me better understand the role, company culture, and reinforced my excitement about the opportunity.
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
