One phone screening and one interview. Generally friendly and mostly asked questions about experience. Not a very personal interview, straight to business. Overall a pretty good experience, they explained the duties of the position well and allowed me to make an informed decision.

well in my interview my experience with Kiewit was professional, welcoming, and informative. The conversations helped me better understand the role, company culture, and reinforced my excitement about the opportunity.
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
