I had a phone interview with a recruiters. I was asked the typical HR questions about past experience. Then, I was sent by mail People Answers Assessment. It is something like an IQ test timed at 10min and timeless behavioral and personality test. It was a first for me and as an experience engineer, I felt offended and lost interest in the company right away.
