Komatsu interview questions

Relatively straightforward. Only frustrating portion was going on-site for the last round of interviews just to be declined for another candidate. Also was a bit odd that I had to do an interview via Teams for one of the on-sites. Almost feels like this panel would have been better done remote. Also would recommend there be an actual technical portion included if they really wanted me to demonstrate my skills.

I had a screening interview, a virtual interview with the hiring manager, and an in-person interview with the manager and a team member. I was well-qualified for the job and felt like I had a good rapport with the manager. During the interviews, I was asked very few questions, and I felt like I had to keep the interview going by continuing to ask questions about the job. After the in-person interview, I was told I would hear back from the recruiter the following week. When I didn't, I had to follow up with the recruiter, and he told me they still hadn't made a decision. The job was posted for months afterward, and I still don't know if they actually hired anyone for it.
