Easy, was interviewed within a group during COVID-19 due to high demand for clicklist associates. Received a call, set up an interview time and was processed there. Was asked interview questions one at a time and everyone had to hear my answer but I guess it was to speed up the hiring process.
Straight forward, largely automated. Main assessment based on customer service skills. Some scenario questions involved (best course of action given a situation) but overall intuitive. Be sure to take into account any previous experiences in similar settings.
