Kroger interview questions

job was posted internally at the time clock....i wrote a cover letter and gave it to store manager.... interviewed within 24 hours.... was told that this position has low pay but was a stepping stone...not true....

I had only one interview. Basic questions about availability, experience, what I am studying in college, work history, what I think my strengths and weaknesses are. Office was dingy, bleak looking. Was offered a job at the end of the interview, I took it because they did offer a higher pay rate than I left off on in my former job.
