LanguageLine Solutions Interpreter Translator interview questions

Exchanged emails regarding position. Told me about the hourly rate and requirements. No negotiation regarding the hourly wage. Too low for any experienced interpreter. Recruiting process was not very difficult and friendly. The company seemed like it didn't care that much about employing quality people. May be too low skilled even though interpretation is hard work and only people qualified should be working.
