I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at LanguageLine Solutions (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2011
Interview
The interviewer is a very rude person. She will speak to you in a very condescending way from the beginning. At least they're not fooling you ! That is how it will continue to be throughout your employment. Their tests are really good to determine who is a qualified candidate, but they definitely lack the 'people skills'.

Question 1
When they are testing your skills, that is complicated enough. There isn't just one single question. It's interpreting to another language on the spot, so if this is your first time doing this, it will be challenging.
