I applied online, afterwards i had to record an AV interview with given questions. I was contacted by a recruiter for job details and the test details that i had to take. I took a practice session and passed the test.Then continues the hiring process. everything was over the phone and this whole process took a couple months. I found it very convenient and the hiring staff was very nice and helpful.

A very poor process. Very unprofessional. The recruiter was a rude person. She was unhappy doing her job. I thoght they woludnt hire me, but after a couple of questions about my experience as an interpreter, they made another interview and hired me.
