Interview
I had to go through 4 rounds of interviews, 2 Zones, the Ops Manager and then the Store Manager. Afterward, I was presented with an offer from the HR Manager. A lot of the interviews asked a lot of the same questions, like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How would you learn about new products that Lowe's sells?"
