The interview will be held by an ASM, I have interviewed ib three locations and have found the exact same questions in same exact order. I never felt like the ASM new anything about what the position really was and none of them really appeared to be listening to what I said.

I had a phones interview with the hiring manager, afterwards there was a panel interview with two managers and one senior operations engineer. The manager questions were behavior related, the panel interview had 3 questions from each person
