It was a simple interview process. They started off asking me questions about my teamwork abilities. As well as my understanding of RF equipment, and noted that I would be taught things I currently don't understand on the job.

The initial interview was phone call with HR, and the next was Zoom interview with the team manager about technical questions. I didn't get to the next round, but there will be two more interviews, including on-site ones with team members and executives.
