MSCI Analyst interview questions

HR personnel contacted, the usual phone conversation detailing qualifications, work experience, availability to join, fixed a date. when I turned up for the interview at 9:00 am I found several other people waiting. we were all expecting the interview process to start by 9:30 but did not start till 10:30 am. First round was an aptitude/IQ test. Involved Logical reasoning and 2 essay/analysis type questions. Candidates who did not score the minimum points were eliminated. we had a lunch break of half hour after this. the second round was technical interview.those who managed to clear it had interviews with the VPs of the the department. the second and third interviews were more of personality assessment interviews. finally those who were selected were asked to meet with HR personnel for the offer letter and other details. lengthy interview process, took the entire day. I had reached there by 9:00 am and finally left with a job offer by 5:30 pm.
