Applied and a few days later was contacted by the recruiter to schedule a meeting. Arranged this then had a 30 minute conversation with the recruiter about the role, my skills and the company. Interview
The interview was both behavioral and technical. First interview was with HR, followed by a second round by the Vice President of the team I was joining. Before the final round, there was a 4-hour written exam conducted online. It was rigorous but very stimulating, as was the final interview by the Executive Director.
