MSCI Consultant interview questions

Quick. 3-4 weeks from the recruiter reached out until my first day at the job. I did 1 screening and 3 interviews. It surprised me that the interview rounds where the same, I met a person from the team and had a chat about my ambitions, the role, the team, and why I would like to work there. I didn't have to do any case preparation or complete assessment tests. It seemed odd to not differentiate between the purpose of each interview.
