The recruitment process took about two months before they sent out the offer. First interview by phone with HR, they verify language knowledge, and some basic info and organizing second round, which is a pure technical one. Team members, co-workers were questioning about deep understanding of some area, like DNS, regexp, common protocols. Also they described a personal situation where you are requested to solve a task which is impossible, they are about to see how you are reacting. Took more than 1.5h and felt this round being the crucial. Third interview with boss over phone, previous experiences, conflict handling, priorities, situation handling, took about an hour. Fourth interview with guy above the boss, 15 mins, general questions. During interviews when 5-6 days passed without further communication, HR called and asked patience and let me know recruitment is still in progress. Local HR leader advised the detail of the offer over phone.
