Proceso para posición senior, pasan mas de 4 semanas entre cada entrevista. Llenan entrevistas, llegue a tener 5 entrevistas en un periodo de 3 meses, algunas entevistas con miembros del equipo con posiciones mas junior lo que nunca me habia sucedido. Al final no se comunicaron para saber si uno quedo seleccionado o descartado. Nada de empatia del equipo de RH con los candidatos.

Two rounds of technical and then HR interview road
Very straight forward, fast and to the point. 2 introductory high level interviews, 2 technical ones, 1 presentation, 1 HR. Fast turnaround, good structure, good organization, and presentation done in their office.

just routine interview questions on work experience, 5-8 rounds in total, some in person, some virtually with directors from different teams and different levels. no exceptional questions, the process was smooth but slightly slow
