On not being able to provide answers to some of the questions, one of the panel became very stressed. The other panel was a little more senior, so perhaps he had the understanding that not all companies work like their company, not every person has same skill sets, same skill sets are not valued in all roles and organization , and also the 4 lines of code is not all about the candidate. Overall, a very limited culture was reflected in the process with technology being part of their culture.
