Marriott International Controller interview questions

Very simple. They as behavioral questions to see if you're a good fit, and if you have prior finance/accounting experience. There were no difficult questions asked. As long as you took accounting classes at school, you'll be fine.

Had a promising interview with an HR rep. Said they wanted to move me to the next step (interview with area controller), and that I would receive more details within 24 hours. Never heard from them again. Very disappointing! Expected better from Marriott. But ghosting is par for the course in this day and age, so I shouldn't be too surprised.
