Virtual interview with a hiring manager. Started with basic questions such as location preference, and then moved onto STAR based questions. There were only a few, but they want you to tell a story to illustrate your personality, skills, and ability to handle certain situations. Marriott offers a video and other resources to help prepare.

Het gesprek was erg makkelijk, eerst via school een motivatiebrief ingestuurd die vrij snel beantwoord werd. Vervolgens een Skype interview gehad met head of FB en HR, na een half uur vertelde ze al dat ik mocht komen werken.
