Introduce yourself. Talk about your experience. Why you want this job? What can you do to improve the sales and services? What does motivate you? Are willing to work late at night? Can you work on holidays?
Smooth and fast once you speak to someone on property. If you work for the company already, that makes this easier, but if you don't I would call the property directly to see if you can speak to the hiring manager and introduce yourself. It helps a ton.

Interview
There was 3 seperate interviews. Phone screening then after that we had an in person interview. Last interview was with the Hiring Manager and HR. The process was not difficult and straight forward.

I was asked situational question and experience and knowledge.
Often a 2-stage interview process - Start off with a phone interview usually followed by a face-to-face interview with the Rooms Division Manager or General Manager.
