I applied online. After filling up some information, I complete one online assessment. It was pretty simple, basically about personality. Then it's a digital interview, will ask you five questions. the first two is about working rights in the place you applied for, the next three is about competency questions. Then have a face-to-face interview or skype interview with one of the HR director from one of the Marriott hotel in China. questions is basically walk through your CV.
