The application starts with completing the application form on their website and answering basic questions and uploading your CV. If selected, you will then be asked to take a video interview which asks you basic situational and motivational questions. After that, if chosen to proceed ahead you will have a telephone-based.

I applied online through their career website. Shortly after, I received an email to select a video interview time slot. The video interview was with an HR representative and consisted of behavioral-based STAR questions (about 4). I was then asked to complete an online personality assessment. Lastly, my recruiter followed up with me to try to match me with a position that aligned with my location/discipline preferences.
