I had a phone interview and invited to an interview at their office. I was asked to do emailing test, role palying, final interview with manager and supervisor. emailing test and role palying was about answering customers inquries based on giving informations. they checked how many giving informations I used and conveyed. for final interview session, they wnated me to answer the questions with my specific experiences. they also wanted me to say how outcome was like.
