Marriott International Voyage Program interview questions

Interviewed through a University... This program is only available to recent/upcoming grads. Can be a very quick process for the very motivated to work in this company and it shows with the 4 step interview process. The whole 4 step interview process took 9 days from initial interview to offer. In between each interview step was some lapse in time so recruiters can assess candidates responses (next step could be as early as 12hours later)... Step (1) is in-person, step (2) is a 55 question online assessment of leadership/manager style with different work situations as selections and the idea is to choose what the first reaction would be. Step (3) is a Hirevue which have 5 basic questions and 3 video recordings of yourself answering non behavioral questions. Step (4) is the final interview which is a Hirevue two-way video chat which is asking a mix of easy to moderate/hard-ish questions including at least 3 behavioral questions answering them in the S.T.A.R method. Be very quick between each step in the interview process because you can get left behind with so many candidates competing for similar positions. Glad I was prompt because the rest of the candidates needed to wait two weeks for the next round of final interviews. Typically, Marriott doesn't like to keep people hanging on and waiting for the next steps. It they want you, (or don't) you'll most likely hear from them within a month at the very, very, latest. If they are in the heat of recruiting season and love you, they will continue on with the process within a day or two. Expect texts from representatives/recruiter if you are chosen to continue the process especially the final interview. All last minute modifications are through text... First interviewed for the position at my college career fair and was pretty convinced by the employer that he’d love to have me on board. Got to the second round, aka the HireVue recorded interview and waited for confirmation if I made it to the next round of interviews or not. 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing from them so I email him asking about it and someone else gets back to me saying they never got my HireVue recorded interview. I have no clue how they never got it because I even got a confirmation email that it was completed and the link said it was under review. I was also told that the position had been filled by then and was very disappointed by the company’s mistake. Then the recruiter asks me to submit my HireVue interview AGAIN. I waited a week and made it to the final interview. It took over 3 weeks to hear back from them only to get rejected. This was a 2 month process and I am and never will want to work for this company ever in my life after going through this horrible interview process.
