Interview
There were 2 people interviewing me in person they were both very nice. The questions they asked me were about my past work experiences mostly, they asked how well do I do under pressure. Rest were just small conversations. It does take a while for them to process you to get started but they let you know whether you get the job or not.

First they will ask you introduce yourself then they will ask some normal question and then they got explain about the job scope and give u time to ask they question
At the time multiple interviews were had. First was with upper level managers of the office. The second was with the leadership and the manager of the actual team. I didn't initially get the position but was hired on later.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh (Calgary, AB) in Feb 2019
Interview
Had an interview with both the Manager and Senior Manager. Got a call back the week after and got offered the job through a recruitment agency as a contractor. After 1 year, I got employed as a permanent staff
