Informal and intuitive, met over a coffee with two people I never met before. There was a second round of a similar ilk but with a different person. Overall a very positive experience
had 3 interviews with hiring manager, division president and executive leader. from there took personality test. offer was made within 3 days. good experience. i would definately recommend working for MMA
