First a video interview and then an email if chosen for an in person interview.
Really a bad experience overall.
The first interviewers who were "managers" were only around 28 years old, with no related experience to the actual position, and all they did was gloat about the hard work they did and their previous work experience.
This first lady who interviewed me spoke about what she likes watching on netflix and how the best part of her day was happy hour in the company. Like, common, I drove 2 hours for the interview and all she could talk about was her favorite shows, her past experience, her boyfriend, her father, and etc.... She briefly spoke about the position and did ask about my experiences and how they relate to the actual position. I will give her that courtesy of professionalism, compared to the second part of my interview.
The second person who came in, spoke about his past experience in an investment banking company and how they made him work like a dog, and he was happy to make the transition.
Mind you, he used some curse words in this "interview" as well. He also spoke about his friends and what he currently likes to trade on the market. Everything was mainly about him, and barely about the company, or what the interview should have been about.
The third interviewer, who was an older guy, maybe in his 50's, was a bit more professional, but yet again, he spoke more about his experience and barely anything on my resume.
I still believe I relatively did well, as I was able to answer all questions, and tie in all my work experience with the position.
It seemed as if they were very impressed with my experience and communication skills, but I guess I was wrong.
Either way, actual professionals with years of experience in the actual company to interview you.
Not just a bunch of immature people who have only worked in the company for over a year or so and got a promotion as "manager".
I also emailed to follow up 3 weeks after the interviews and no one bothered to respond.
After a month, when I received the rejection email from their HR, I emailed kindly for feedback, and they did not even bother to respond.
