Maze interview questions

A really great example of an interview process. Everybody I met was calm, kind and had a really thoughtful approach to interviewing. After an intro with the talent person and meeting the hiring manager, there was a pairing interview. The actual exercise was fairly straightforward and not at all intimidating but was a good starting point for some in-depth conversations. There was a system design interview, which was an interesting and realistic problem and was a truly collaborative discussion. It gave a very good idea of what it might be like to work at Maze.

Met with a recruiter for 30 mins, then the hiring manager for 45 mins, and then there was a presentation round with the hiring manager and CRO. After the 3 steps, I was made an offer.
