Interview
Three rounds of interview, group of managers. First one with recruiter and last one with group of managers. It was difficult. But not different from other jobs. Many experience questions.
It began with a simple phone interview, followed by an in person interview. I met with the GM and franchise owner. In total it was two interviews and the process took about two and one half weeks
The interview was not too bad, the interviewers mainly asked about my past jobe experience and the reasons i wanted to leave my current role, how would i deal with example situations between employees.
