It was pretty easy. I went in and asked the manager for an application and he gave me one which I submitted. We chatted and he hired me on the spot. Came in to work the next week. No need to prepare in advance.

It was fairly simple, a walk in interview. Asked for the manager and was taken to the back for a short verbal interview. Other than that I was generally shown around to get a feel for the environment. I didn't get the job immediately but was notified around 1 week after.
