I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Dayton, OH) in Mar 2014
Interview
First I had a phone interview with a recruiter. She asked a ton of questions about prior experience, goals and what attributes I would bring to the company and then asked if I would be available to come in for a face to face interview with the Disability supervisor.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no questions asked in the face to face interview they basically just went over the position, responsibilities and hours. On the phone interview it was basically an introduction of yourself and your prior experience.
