MetLife Principal Branch Network Engineer interview questions

Phone screen with company recruiter and an on-site interview which seemed to go well. I felt I was probably a good fit, definitely worthy of further exploration from both sides. Then....crickets for a month before the dreaded notification "we are pursuing other candidates". Can only guess why as I received no feedback. I suspect I am too old or too expensive, or both.
