I had two in person interviews. Each one was with two different people. Everyone was friendly so it wasn’t stressful. They asked basic behavioral questions. The whole process was easy.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Aurora, IL) in Oct 2017
Interview
The whole process took a month. Three days after I applied, I received an email requesting a phone interview with a talent assessor. She asked me some very easy behavioral questions and had me walk her through my resume. This only took about 15 minutes. Two weeks later I received another email that I was selected to move forward and needed to take some online tests. The day after I completed the tests I was asked for an on-sight interview with two managers. I had 30 minutes with each person and was told I would hear back in 2-3 weeks. Instead I was asked to come back less than one week later. This interview was another 30 minutes with one more manager and then the AVP of Underwriting. I interviewed on a Friday and was offered a position Monday morning. All interviews consisted of very basic behavioral questions and extremely laid back.

Question 1
Talk about a time you worked in a team.
Talk about a time you failed to meet a deadline.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Aurora, IL) in Nov 2014
Interview
Pretty simple. I applied through my university and got an on campus interview with a recruiter who was an alumni of my school. A few days later, I got asked via email to come to the office in Aurora and interview with another hiring manager. Same interview as the on campus one, basic behavioral, just with a different person. The next day I got a call and got the job offer.
