Meta Client Solutions Manager interview questions

4 interviews in total, proceed efficiently. Including Hiring manager, director, cross-team manager and 1 cross functional team member. No group interview, all are 1-1 interviews. Recruiter very professional and kind compared to other top internet companies.

This was an FTC position. I applied through an external recruiter. Process was very straightforward and received an offer. After successfully completing a background check I received laptop and work equipment. Everything was great and was due to start in about a week until I received news that they withdrew the offer citing some internal hiring policy changes for FTC workers. I was quite baffled by this and literally never saw this coming. It wasn’t until a week after I was meant to start that I found that they had actually hired someone else for the same role and client vertical so basically the excuse they gave me was absolute BS. I was looking forward to work at Meta but this experience absolutely put me off the company completely.
