Interview
The application consisted of submitting your resume, transcripts and a short essay on a given topic. Selected participants were then contacted and a phone interview was scheduled. The phone interview was behavioral and was the final step before applications were reviewed and offers extended.

Tell me about a time you worked with a teammate who wasn't doing their share of the work and how you dealt with that situation.
I took the initial coding challenge. It was 4 questions and one was a 2D array question. It was not too hard but just practice leet code. There was also one with strings and arrays.
Recieved an email a couple days after submitting my application to the program to complete the coding challenge. Had one week to do the coding challenge since email and had ability to extend deadline.
