I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta (Singapur) in Sep 2017
Interview
The whole process took about 2 months.
1. HR phone interview
2. Team member phone interview (could be more than one)
3. In person interview
4. Presentation
The turnaround time was quite fast. If you don't receive an update in a week to 10 days, chances are you do not make it to the next round. The interview question itself wasn't hard as I had extensive industry and product knowledge. However, for a CSM position, they definitely valued sales skills over product knowledge. If you are form an agency, you would definitely have advantage. The only bad spot of the process was they added the presentation round after in-person interview. (I was told a decision would be made after the in-person interview)
Hard - expect all the behaviourial questions as if you have experienced all of it.the easy part is using data to influence sales part because it is more logical.
Overall it was good
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
The process was great. Super structured and lots of questions during the interview loop. You need to prep a lot, but otherwise if you really understand the role and goals and industry you are interviewing with you are good. The media /performance experience is still required.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when it was important to work with a team collaboratively
Many steps including a recruiter conversion, hiring manager conversation, and lastly a loop that has 4 interviews. They are not fast in the process and it can take several months for them to decide
