Interview
Recruiter was very friendly and great about following up. Functional leader was more interested in what I knew about Facebook (how much I studied up on the company). The fact I'm a professional with a proven long term track record of excellent performance, didn't seem to carry any weight. Also, based on many questions, it was apparent they aren't aligned internally on what exact skill set they are looking for.

the interview process was made up of: two phone screenings with human resources. Then call scheduled with hiring manager, and finally a full loop with 5 managers across different functions. And a last phone call with the HR.

Interview
Virtual screening interview, met with hiring manager for about forty five minutes to discuss the role and personal background. It was a nice conversation, and interesting to see the company from the interviewers perspective.
