Meta Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

I had a phone screen and simple coding exercises. I easily completed them but got a rejection. Very poor experience. The process in general is too subjective and interviewers can decline for any reason they decide even if you aced the interview.

Had a call with a recruiter who asked what technologies Facebook has that interested me and why. Moved on to a tech screen which went well. I was told I would be moving on to the next step - a virtual interview loop, and was being transferred over to the next person. I was never contacted further. I pinged after a week to ensure I had not missed anything and was told I would be contacted. Nothing further materialized.
