I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta in Oct 2020
Interview
I was sourced to interview for a role. I went through the process only to be told months later the role was closed. They then suggested I interview for other open roles, and the recruiter has taken weeks to reply and set up a time to call. They finally got back to me and said these roles are also closed. Super frustrating and a complete waste of time.
A couple rounds of interview staring from a call from recruiter then online tests, phone interviews with hm. Review of past projects, experience, skills etc. Another round of technical interview with team.

Question 1
There were some Technical questions and behavior questions
Recruiter reached out for a 30 min screening and then set up a video call with the hiring manager (HM). The HM consistently asked about my areas of weakness, instead of what I could do in the job. I found it odd and disrespectful. Not sure if this is representative of Facebook culture, but the HM is not definitely not someone that I work for. No response after the interview.
