Recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin and had a first phone call to understand my background and experiences. I communicated clearly what my strengths are and some areas that I'm not familiar with that is relevant to the job, but still got to proceed to the full loop interview with the hiring manager and other team members.
All conversations went well, interviews were all very nice. Took them about a week to get back to me that I didn't get the job and provide some feedback on areas that I can improve, including those that I've stated earlier that I dont have direct experiences with. It would be helpful if they're clear that they specifically weight heavily on those areas from the beginning so I personally know that I may not be a good fit before going into full interviews.
