Microsoft Customer Success Manager interview questions

The assessment center consisted of 3 parts: 1) Pre-prepared presentation 2) 45 minutes scenario-based interview 3) Team exercise (they evaluate candidates on the grounds of teamwork, so you may almost ignore the task itself)
