The process is too much time consuming. I have given many interviews of big as well as small companies, but in Microsoft interview process specially hiring for Teams. It felt disconnected since starting, every interviewer feels like they know everything and always let you feel least interested from the starting. In last round interviewer was so much rude and that he didn’t even let me explain the answer and started explaining the things in other ways. I thought interview process was to know the interviewee rather than put your thoughts on the candidate. Never the less the interview process was too much unprofessional, you couldn’t even pass on your thoughts or knowledge for the question but have to answer or think just like interview wants. Interviewer even couldn’t put the question in sensible way, when I started answering he mentioned no that’s not what I asked and instantly started explaining to me and when I asked back that you were asking me this, how could I put it that way! He mentioned, yes I know that cannot be put in that way.
Although early rounds of programming challenge were interesting which I cleared but as other rounds comes they have limited knowledge on Bigdata and wanted you to think just like they do.
