Microsoft Program Manager Intern interview questions

Standard interview process. I was rejected initially but then a spot opened up in another team and I did a quick interview. Ended up getting an offer and I accepted.

Fun interview! Did my final round "on-site" remotely because of COVID-19 and talked to 4 PMs. I thought the discussion I had with my interviewers was great and they were very kind people :) Definitely informed my decision to join Microsoft!
